Baló Sámuel Trio's repertoire predominantly features Samuel's original compositions, which draw inspiration from modal jazz, hard bop, free/avant-garde jazz and Hungarian folk music. Their music strikes a unique balance between tradition and innovation. With an emphasis on freedom and spontaneity, each performance becomes a journey of exploration, allowing ample room for improvisation and musical dialogue among
the band members.
